After 13 years behind the bar, he has shifted his focus to education, research, and the development of new techniques to share with the industry.

Driven by a natural curiosity and a constant desire to learn and improve, Valentino approaches bartending as an evolving craft, one that blends creativity with technical understanding.

His expertise is further supported by a degree in Leadership & Management, giving him a strong foundation in both hospitality operations and team leadership.

At his consultancy company, Valentino focuses on the technical and scientific side of the business, with particular attention to dispense systems, technique refinement, and process optimization. His work combines analytical thinking with hands-on bar experience to design efficient systems and deliver innovative service solutions.
