AMARO MONTENEGRO PRESENTS:

M&M FROM THE ROOTS

The ‘Montenegro & Mezcal’, or ‘M+M’, as it’s known by bartenders, is a simple 50/50 shot that that has taken North America by storm.  Hailed by many as a modern classic, it’s a magically delicious combination of flavors.  BUT, is there more than meets the mouth, to make it so beloved by so many?  In this session, we’ll look at similarities between Italy and Mexico; in culture, cuisine and cross-over ingredients, to see if the M +M’s roots may run a bit deeper.

WITH TAD CARDUCCI

FEVER TREE PRESENTS:

PREMIUM WITHOUT PROOF: REDEFINING NO / LOW

A Canada-first deep dive into how no/low has moved from “nice-to-have” to must-have—and what separates token options from truly compelling, revenue-driving serves. We’ll ground the shift in the latest Canadian signals (including rapid category growth and changing drinking patterns), then translate it into a practical playbook: how to build flavour-first drinks with real structure (bitterness, acidity, texture), engineer a menu that feels inclusive (not “othered”), and use format and ritual to match the moment. Built for trade, but designed to be accessible to anyone who loves a great drink.
